About The Position

The Housekeeper provides housekeeping services for residents, helping make their living areas comfortable, clean, and cozy. The role also keeps shared spaces—including the lobby and employee break room—tidy, clean, and organized. This is a full-time position at The Riverside Senior Living in Maumelle, Arkansas, scheduled five days per week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The stated pay range is $14–$17 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency with residents.
Have a positive, energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds and push or pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Pass a physician-performed health screening no more than six months before employment or within seven days following employment, and test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of screening.
Receive criminal clearance.
