About The Position

The Housekeeper provides housekeeping services for residents, making their living areas comfortable, clean, and cozy. The role also keeps shared areas—including the lobby and employee break room—tidy and organized. This is a full-time position at The Riverside Senior Living in North Little Rock, Arkansas, with a schedule of five days per week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The pay range is $14–$17 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency.
• Have a positive, energetic attitude and a strong affinity for residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
• Be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds and push or pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
• Pass a physician-performed health screening no more than six months before or seven days after employment.
• Test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of the health screening.
• Receive criminal clearance.
