About The Position

Concord Hospitality is hiring a Housekeeper at the Renaissance Westerville Hotel. The Housekeeper cleans and services assigned guest rooms promptly and in an organized manner, following hotel procedures and standards. The role contributes to guest satisfaction and requires friendly, timely responses to guest requests. It also involves keeping the linen cart neat and stocked, reporting room issues and lost-and-found items, and securing issued equipment, keys, and supplies. Full-time associates are eligible for the listed benefits.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift or carry supplies or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely, organized manner and follow hotel procedures and standards.
• Keep the linen cart neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Report guest-room areas needing attention, including fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems.
• Maintain the security of assigned equipment, keys, and supplies.
• Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
