About The Position

Silverado Hermann Park is hiring a full-time Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The role involves housekeeping throughout the community, including cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas, and supporting a safe and dignified environment for people with memory impairments. No prior experience is necessary; assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus. The schedule is an AM shift from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The anticipated pay range is $17–$20 USD.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Comfort working around animals and pets.
• Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
• Ability to perform active work involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred.
