About The Position

Silverado Sierra Vista is hiring a full-time Housekeeper for an AM shift to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The role involves housekeeping throughout the community, including sanitation of resident rooms and common areas, and supporting a safe and dignified environment for residents with memory impairments. No prior experience is necessary; assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus. The schedule is full time with variable days. The anticipated pay is $18 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred.
• Assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus.
