About The Position

Silverado is hiring a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in its memory care community. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, consistency, integrity, and compassion when supporting residents with memory impairments. No prior experience is necessary; assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus. The schedule is full-time, AM shift, Sunday through Thursday. The anticipated pay range is $19–$21 USD.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred.

Responsibilities
