About The Position

Silverado Southlake is hiring a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in a memory care community. The role involves housekeeping throughout the community, including cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas, while supporting a safe and dignified environment for people with memory impairments. No prior experience is necessary. The position is part-time, on the AM shift, Friday through Tuesday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with an anticipated pay range of $15–$16 USD per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Ability to perform active work involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred.
