About The Position

Silverado is hiring a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents in its memory care community. The role involves housekeeping throughout the community, including resident rooms and common areas, and supporting a safe and dignified environment for people with memory impairments. No prior experience is necessary; assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus.

This is a part-time morning-shift position scheduled Friday through Tuesday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The anticipated pay range is $15–$16 per hour. Employment offers are contingent on a background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing if applicable. Silverado uses E-Verify to confirm work authorization.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred.
• Assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus.
