About The Position

Silverado Sierra Vista is hiring a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, consistency, and a service-oriented approach while supporting people with memory impairments. No prior experience is necessary; assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus.

This is a full-time AM-shift position with variable days. The anticipated pay range is $18–$18 USD. Paid training and opportunities for internal mobility are offered.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Comfort working around animals and pets.
• Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Assisted living or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Previous experience with older adults or memory care preferred.

Responsibilities
