About The Position
Oak Island Accommodations is seeking a Housekeeper to join their team. This role is responsible for cleaning assigned properties to the highest standard, ensuring guest and owner satisfaction by delivering needs during stays, and supporting operations staff. The position also involves preparing vendor cleaning bags/supplies and adhering to Federal laws regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Requirements
- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Is able to work weekends and holidays
- Is able to work as a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Cleaning properties as assigned
- Maintaining the highest standard regarding cleaning and upkeep of assigned properties
- Guest and owner resolution
- Delivering needs to guests and owners during stays
- Prepare vendor cleaning bags/supplies
- Supporting operations staff as needed to provide exquisite service to homeowners and guests
- Obeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
