About The Position
Oak Island Accommodations is seeking a Housekeeper to join their team. This role is responsible for cleaning assigned properties to the highest standards, resolving guest and owner issues, and delivering necessary items during stays. The Housekeeper will also prepare vendor cleaning bags and supplies, and support operations staff to ensure excellent service for homeowners and guests. Additionally, the role requires adherence to Federal laws and regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Requirements
- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Is able to work weekends and holidays
- Is able to work as a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Cleaning properties as assigned
- Maintaining the highest standard regarding cleaning and upkeep of assigned properties
- Guest and owner resolution
- Delivering needs to guests and owners during stays
- Prepare vendor cleaning bags/supplies
- Supporting operations staff as needed to provide exquisite service to homeowners and guests
- Obeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
