About The Position

The Housekeeper supports general resort operations by cleaning resort units and maintaining resort quality standards. Responsibilities include cleaning sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms; adhering to housekeeping detail standards; and cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies. The role also includes making beds, replenishing supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries, and sorting, counting, folding, marking, or carrying linens. The Housekeeper maintains positive relationships with guests and associates, responds appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns, and resolves guest issues to improve the guest experience. The hourly wage is $17.50.
