About The Position

Housekeepers maintain well-presented guest rooms and public spaces according to quality and service standards. The role supports an exceptional guest experience through attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism. Housekeepers clean and service assigned rooms, inspect them for quality, report maintenance issues, keep their workspaces and linen carts organized and stocked, update room status, complete reports, follow safety and key-control procedures, and respond to guest needs. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift.
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.
• Basic communication and guest-service skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full cleaning, including beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
• Inspect rooms for quality and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key-control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
