About The Position

Concord Hospitality is hiring Housekeepers to clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely, organized manner and in accordance with hotel procedures and standards. The role contributes to guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms are clean and by responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely way. Housekeepers maintain an orderly, well-stocked linen cart; report room issues requiring attention; safeguard issued equipment, keys, and supplies; and report lost-and-found items to a supervisor. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift or carry supplies or equipment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms promptly and in an organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keep the linen cart neat, orderly, and well stocked.
• Report guest-room areas needing attention, including fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems.
• Maintain the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies.
• Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
