About The Position
Join Our Team as a night time Housekeeper! As a night time Housekeeper, you are the heart of the hotel with a passion for great service. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, deep cleaning activities, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure our guests have a memorable experience. This role is for you if you are passionate about creating clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. If you are a service-oriented individual who is excited about being part of a team that strives for excellence, then this job could be a great fit.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Responsibilities
- Keep guest rooms and equipment spotless, fresh, and guest-ready.
- Stock and organize housekeeping carts.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including swapping AC filters and touching up paint.
- Replace linens and restock supplies.
- Respond to guest requests with speed and a smile.
- Deliver items to guests and answer questions.
- Respect guest privacy.
- Protect hotel property.
- Follow safe work habits to keep everything running smoothly and injury-free.
