Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain household organization systems
  • Perform daily resets and prepare the home for cleaners
  • Light tidying including dishes, surfaces, and vacuuming high-traffic areas
  • Manage seasonal swaps for clothing, décor, and bedding
  • Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs and bulk pick-ups
  • Assist with event, holiday, and guest preparation
  • Handle packing and unpacking for travel
  • Coordinate furniture and interior design help for room decorating
  • Manage home maintenance tasks such as changing batteries, light bulbs, and smoke detectors
  • Prepare healthy lunches and dinners 2-3 times per week
  • Collaborate on grocery shopping
  • Follow dietary preferences and needs (healthy, protein-forward, plant-based)
  • Maintain kitchen cleanup and organization
  • Restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies
  • Manage running household supply lists
  • Manage household orders and subscriptions
  • Refill and pick-up prescriptions, vitamins, and supplements
  • Handle returns, dry cleaning, and gift shopping
  • Manage mail and package handling, including breaking down boxes
  • Assist with washing, folding, and organizing laundry
  • Perform ironing and special garment care as needed
  • Manage linen rotation
  • Maintain tidy, well-stocked laundry areas
  • Provide baby care support, including assisting with overnight feedings 2-3 nights per week after the baby arrives
  • Feed and walk pets as needed
