Household Manager & Family Assistant (With Childcare Support)

Sage HausWyckoff, NJ
$30 - $35Onsite

About The Position

We are a busy, two-parent household with two energetic young children seeking a Household Manager & Family Assistant. Our home is warm and relaxed but kid-centered. Both parents work full-time and we are looking for consistent and balanced support for the day-to-day tasks including childcare, tidying, laundry, and meal prep. We value results over process and are looking for someone trustworthy, creative, and who can become a real part of our family's functioning. This role requires someone who sincerely loves interacting with children, is comfortable being a role model, and can hold kind boundaries. When not with the children, you will transition naturally to household management tasks, taking initiative to lighten the family's load. We value consistency and are looking for someone who wants to put down roots and grow with our family. Flexibility is key, as we are open to accommodating your schedule while also requesting occasional coverage for school closures, date nights, and morning needs.
