About The Position

A full-time, W-2 household employee role supporting a busy family of three in Inlet Beach, Florida. The position combines toddler care, meal planning and preparation, household organization, pet care, errands, laundry, and household coordination. The family seeks a proactive, dependable, discreet professional who can maintain household routines, prioritize changing needs, and build a long-term working relationship with the family. The role guarantees 40 hours per week on a set four-week rotation, with every other weekend off. The employee must be willing and able to travel with the family for up to approximately 20 weeks per year, primarily to the family’s Colorado home. Airfare, lodging in a private room with a bathroom, reasonable meals, and a family vehicle for work use are provided during travel. When the family travels without the employee, the role may include up to approximately eight weeks per year of overnight pet and household care at the primary residence. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience, with overtime paid for hours over 40 per week, including travel weeks. Compensation is reviewed annually. Approved work-related mileage in the employee’s personal vehicle is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. The start date is immediate.
