About The Position

Ennoble Care is seeking two full-time, experienced Housecalls Community Liaisons for the Central / South Miami, Florida territory. The role engages with the community to promote Ennoble Care’s services, build relationships, and enhance brand awareness. Ennoble Care provides mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice services, with clinicians visiting patients at home and offering programs such as remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies or professionals.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the company’s service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctors’ offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other potential referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company’s organization to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company’s product line.
• Analyze patient and company relationships.
• Develop sales and marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and establishing a reasonable timetable.
• Implement the marketing plan within the established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed, including going to updates.
• Provide community outreach and education.
