About The Position

Select Specialty Hospital - Canton is a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU care to chronically and critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. The House Supervisor (RN) provides leadership and support during the assigned shift, helping ensure compassionate, excellent treatment for patients and their families. The role is based in Canton, Ohio, inside Aultman, and is scheduled for full-time nights from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required at hire.

Nice To Haves

• Five years of critical care or progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during the assigned shift.
• Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
• Monitor the workplace to ensure company policies and procedures are maintained.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients and families.
• Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs and improve operations.
