About The Position

Select Specialty Hospital - Canton is a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU services to chronically and critically ill patients who need extended healing and recovery. The House Supervisor (RN) provides compassionate care and leadership to patients, families, and staff during the assigned night shift. The position is located inside Aultman in Canton, Ohio, and is full-time, with scheduled hours from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Requirements

Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required at hire.

Nice To Haves

Five years of critical care or progressive clinical care experience.
Prior clinical management experience.
BSN.

Responsibilities

Effectively manage resources during the assigned shift.
Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
Monitor the workplace to ensure company policies and procedures are maintained.
Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients and their families.
Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs and improve operations.
