About The Position

Select Specialty Hospital–Omaha is a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU services to chronically critically ill patients who need extended healing and recovery. The House Supervisor (RN) provides leadership and compassionate care during patients’ recovery. This is a full-time, day-shift position with 12-hour shifts in Omaha, Nebraska. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered for full-time employment. Requirements

Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS certification required at hire.
ACLS certification required at hire.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Charge Nurse.
Five years of critical care or progressive clinical care experience.
Prior clinical management experience.
BSN.

Effectively manage resources during the assigned shift.
Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
Monitor the workplace to ensure company policies and procedures are maintained.
Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients and families.
Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and address patient-specific and facility-wide needs and improve operations.
