About The Position

Select Specialty Hospital–Omaha is a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU services to chronically and critically ill patients who need extended healing and recovery. The House Supervisor (RN) provides compassionate patient care and leadership during the assigned shift, helping ensure effective operations and a supportive workplace. This is a full-time, day-shift position with 12-hour shifts in Omaha, Nebraska. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available for full-time employees.

Requirements

• Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required at hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Charge Nurse.
• Five years of critical care or progressive clinical care experience.
• Prior clinical management experience.
• BSN.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during the assigned shift.
• Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
• Monitor the workplace to ensure company policies and procedures are maintained.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients or families.
• Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and address patient-specific and facility-wide needs and improve operations.
