About The Position

SSH-Dallas Downtown is a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU services to chronically and critically ill patients who need extended healing and recovery. The House Supervisor (RN) provides compassionate patient care and leadership, manages resources during the assigned shift, supports staff and patients, and helps maintain a healthy workplace and effective operations. The position is based at SSH-Dallas Downtown and is scheduled for 12-hour night shifts. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Requirements

• Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required at hire.

Nice To Haves

• Five years of critical care or progressive clinical care experience.
• Prior clinical management experience.
• BSN.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during the assigned shift.
• Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
• Monitor the workplace to ensure company policies and procedures are maintained.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients and families.
• Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs and improve operations.
