About The Position

SPIRE Hospitality is a hotel and resort management company focused on memorable guest experiences and best-in-class service. The House Person supports the Housekeeping team by maintaining hotel cleanliness and appearance, helping ensure guests have a welcoming and comfortable stay. The role includes guest-floor and public-area upkeep, stocking linen closets, removing soiled linens and trash, and assisting with guestroom deep cleaning and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull loads weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods and work in confined spaces.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Housekeeping House Person Attendant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to guest requests to support guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest-floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas.
• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for Room Attendants.
• Remove soiled linens and trash from guest-floor corridors and carts, including during peak occupancy periods.
• Perform deep cleaning activities in guestrooms.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
