About The Position

SPIRE Hospitality is a management company focused on creating memorable guest experiences and delivering high-quality service at its hotels and resorts. The House Person supports the Housekeeping team and helps maintain hotel appearance and cleanliness standards so guests can enjoy well-prepared guestrooms and a welcoming environment.

This role maintains guest-floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas; stocks linen closets with amenities and supplies; removes soiled linens and trash; assists Room Attendants during busy periods; and performs guestroom deep cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks. The position requires physical work, including handling loads up to 50 pounds and extended periods of reaching, scrubbing, bending, and stooping.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull loads weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods and work in confined spaces.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Housekeeping House Person Attendant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to guest requests to support guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest-floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas.
• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for Room Attendants.
• Remove soiled linens and trash from guest-floor corridors and carts, including during peak occupancy periods.
• Perform deep cleaning activities in guestrooms.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks.
