Requirements
- 1+ years of professional painting experience (interior/exterior)
- Must have own truck/van, tools, and painting equipment
- Strong knowledge of prep, paint types, finishes, and clean-up
- Ability to work solo or lead/manage a helper or crew
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience and ability to sell/close your own jobs is a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and light commercial interior/exterior painting
- Prepare surfaces (scraping, sanding, priming) to ensure lasting results
- Ensure clean lines, proper coverage, and attention to detail
- Interact directly with clients to provide quotes and close jobs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Work independently or lead a small crew, depending on job scope
