The role supports clients as they navigate their recovery journey. The position is for weekends or third-shift weeknights, depending on company need.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage recovery cases from initiation to resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recovery activities.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and address issues or obstacles that arise during the recovery process.
• Provide regular reports on recovery progress to management.
