About The Position

This role helps clients navigate their recovery journey with confidence and support. The position opening is for weekends or third-shift weeknights, depending on Company need.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to the role.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Previous experience in recovery services, customer service, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage recovery cases from initiation to resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recovery activities.
• Communicate with clients, providing updates and support throughout the recovery process.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and address issues or obstacles that may arise during the recovery process.
• Provide regular reports on recovery progress to management.
