General Assembler - Franklin Furnace

About The Position

Join the manufacturing team as a General Assembler, assembling critical components and sub-assemblies used to produce high-quality equipment. The role takes place in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Competitive pay is offered, with an additional shift differential available for overnight shifts. Assemblers may complete Wiring Certification training as required and perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to follow assembly instructions and safety procedures.
Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
Willingness to learn new skills and complete required training.
Ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds.
Ability to push units on a conveyor system.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Ability to kneel, crawl, stoop, and bend frequently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble blowers, fans, motors, and other sub-assemblies.
Install blowers, fans, motors, and assemblies into production units.
Install insulation into metal panels and complete panel installation.
Assemble sheet metal components and related parts.
Use hand and power tools, including screwdrivers, pliers, air guns, ratchets, air drills, pop rivet guns, C-clamps, scratch awls, hammers, and pneumatic glue guns.
Follow manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
Complete Wiring Certification training as required.
Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
