About The Position
Creative Options, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides support to people with developmental disabilities. The House Manager supervises the daily operation of one residential home, including staff supervision. The position also supervises, supports, and assists people receiving services with daily living skills and coordinates leisure activities designed to promote community integration. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., plus various hours. The role is full-time.
Requirements
- Associate degree or 60 credit hours emphasizing human services-related subjects, plus one year of related experience; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED plus three years of supervisory experience.
- Valid Maryland driver's license in good standing.

- Supervisory or administrative experience preferred.
