Part-time House Manager & Family Assistant

Sage HausAustin, TX
Onsite

About The Position

We are a warm, active family of four in the Austin Lake Hills area, with two young children (2.5 years and 2 months) and two working parents. Our household is navigating a season of transition following the arrival of our new baby and one parent returning to an in-office role four days a week after several years of working from home. The other parent continues to work from home as the CEO and founder of a tech company, but the demands of both work and parenting a newborn make managing the household while on-site challenging. We value and respect the amazing village we have, which includes family and an amazing nanny, but are ready to add a trusted team member that can help us carry the mental and logistical load. We believe in building long-term relationships with our household staff and want everyone who works with us to enjoy their role. Our days are full and lively, and we often feel like we’re spending our energy on laundry, meals, and household tasks when what we really want is to focus on our kids. We’ve been dreaming of having extra support—someone who can take the day-to-day household responsibilities off our plates so we can spend more time enjoying family moments together. We love a home that feels organized, smooth-running, and calm, and we’re excited to welcome someone who can bring thoughtful ideas and a sense of ease to our daily rhythm.
