House Manager / Family Assistant

Sage HausHouston, TX
$28 - $32Hybrid

About The Position

We are a warm, busy household that runs at a fast pace, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Between two demanding careers, a child with a full schedule, pets, frequent family travel, and a home that we love sharing with friends and family, there is always a lot happening. We have a fantastic long-term nanny who is truly part of the family and handles the daily rhythm around our child. We are looking for someone who can help take the mental load off the rest of the household — the meals, the planning, the coordination, and the little things that tend to pile up. We are looking for a true household partner — someone who can bring structure, organization, and thoughtful planning to the day-to-day details that keep a home running smoothly. The ideal person will help us stay ahead of what’s coming, from meal planning and household logistics to appointments, events, and family commitments, allowing us to spend less time managing tasks and more time enjoying our home and time together. The person stepping into this role will primarily work independently, as both parents are out of the home for much of the day. This role will work alongside the existing household team, including our long-term nanny, and it is important that this dynamic is handled with care and professionalism. These roles are intended to complement one another (not overlap) with each person bringing their own strengths to help the household run smoothly. While some in-house presence may be needed, we believe that much of the work (including meal prep) can be done remotely.
