House Manager / Family Assistant

Sage HausWildwood, MO
$30 - $35Onsite

About The Position

We are a busy, loving family of eight with six children ranging from infant to teenager. Our home is full of energy, activity, and meaningful moments, and we are deeply committed to creating a supportive and intentional environment for our children. With multiple school schedules, activities, and the everyday rhythms of a large family, we are looking for someone who can bring steady, dependable support to our home. We're looking for someone who enjoys running the operational side of a home—someone who naturally creates systems, stays ahead of recurring needs, notices what others overlook, and finds satisfaction in bringing calm, order, and consistency to a busy family. The primary focus of this role is serving as the family's household operations partner—keeping the home organized, household inventory (food, clothing, and supplies) maintained, and the countless behind-the-scenes details proactively managed so the family can focus on one another rather than logistics. The ideal person is organized, dependable, and naturally notices what needs to be done. They enjoy creating order in a busy household, are comfortable around children of different ages, and take pride in being someone a family can truly rely on. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys both household management and being a positive presence in the lives of children.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — creates systems, keeps track of details, and approaches responsibilities with a "see it, handle it" mindset.
  • Reliable and punctual — understands that consistency and follow-through are essential in a household support role.
  • Energetic and efficient — able to move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and bring steady energy to the home.
