House Manager & Family Assistant

Sage HausTiburon, CA
Onsite

About The Position

We’re an active, energetic family of six living in the beautiful waterfront community of Tiburon. With two parents balancing demanding full-time careers, four children (ages 8, 5, and 2-year-old twins), two cats, and two wonderful au pairs, our home is full and dynamic. We enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, and exploring all the Bay Area has to offer as a family. Our home runs on consistency, organization, and well-established systems. Our children thrive on routine, our au pairs provide dedicated childcare, and weekly cleaners manage general housekeeping. We’re seeking an experienced professional who can step into an already well-functioning home, quickly learn and maintain our systems, and take ownership of the details that keep daily life running seamlessly. We value professionalism, sound judgment, initiative, and attention to detail. The right person will be proactive, highly capable, and thoughtful - someone who sees what needs to be done, follows through, and identifies opportunities to improve systems when needed. We see this role as a trusted partnership with someone who takes pride in creating order, efficiency, and ease for our family.
