The compensation is between $33-$37 per hour, based on experience. The start date is ASAP, with the possibility of a gradual start and a full schedule beginning in August. The role requires maintaining a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment due to family sensitivities. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, possess a valid driver's license with a clean record, and be comfortable responding to anaphylactic egg allergies. CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it, is necessary. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with a proactive and self-sufficient approach, and have experience working with and around children. The family is a busy, warm, and laid-back household of four with two parents balancing demanding careers and raising energetic twin boys who are almost two years old. One parent works from home, often with early international calls, while the other runs a nearby company. The twins are curious and active. With the boys transitioning to a Montessori program in August, the family seeks consistent, professional support to create calmer, more organized mornings and establish effective household systems. They value warm, collaborative, and professional relationships and are looking for someone who can confidently step into their home, anticipate needs, and become a trusted partner. The ideal candidate is a confident household professional who is proactive, organized, and calm around toddlers. They are comfortable managing allergies with care and good judgment, and genuinely enjoy children. They are solutions-oriented, create usable long-term systems, and bring a steady, capable presence to the home, helping to set a positive tone. They are organized without being rigid, warm yet professional, and confident in taking ownership of responsibilities while keeping the family informed. They anticipate needs, think ahead, and thrive in a role where their initiative makes a difference. They know how to engage young children with patience and enthusiasm while also managing household tasks consistently and with care.
