This is a part-time role, offering 20-25 hours per week with a guaranteed 20 hours. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to approximately 11:30 AM or 12:30 PM, with flexibility to accommodate both family and candidate needs. Fridays may involve additional household preparation for the weekend. There is also an opportunity for extra hours to provide weekend support, such as date night coverage. The compensation is between $33-$37 per hour, based on experience. The start date is ASAP, with the possibility of a gradual start and a full schedule beginning in August. The role requires maintaining a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment due to family sensitivities. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, possess a valid driver's license with a clean record, and be comfortable responding to anaphylactic egg allergies. CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain it, is necessary. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with a proactive and self-sufficient approach, and have experience working with and around children. The family is a busy, warm, and laid-back household of four with two parents balancing demanding careers and raising energetic twin boys who are almost two years old.
