House Manager & Family Assistant (with Meal Prep Support)

Sage HausBellevue, WA
$35 - $40Onsite

About The Position

We're a family of five in Bellevue, WA, looking for a dedicated and proactive household manager to help keep our home running smoothly. Our household includes two parents and three children: one in college, one heading there this fall, and one in high school. We don't have pets. With kids at different stages and activities, life here has plenty of energy — though weekdays while they're at school tend to be quiet, giving you focused time to get things done. We value organization, clear communication, and a clutter-free home. While we appreciate warmth and connection, we equally value professionalism and the ability to work independently. The right person will step in and take ownership of the day-to-day — meal prep, laundry, organizing, vendor coordination — without needing constant direction. This is a non-residential position with flexible hours. We're open to discussing a schedule that works for both sides, as long as the core needs of the household are covered. As employers, we believe in mutual respect and creating a supportive environment for the people who work with us. We're hoping to build a long-term partnership with someone who will take pride in our home the way we do, and who helps make it a place where the whole family can relax and recharge.
