About The Position

A busy family in Waltham, Massachusetts, is seeking a calm, organized, proactive household partner to support two school-age children and manage the day-to-day rhythm of the home. Compensation is $35–$40 per hour based on experience and qualifications, plus a monthly gas stipend. Start date is ASAP. The role includes school pickups and child assistance, household organization and maintenance, errands and inventory, meal planning and preparation, laundry and linen care, administrative and personal assistant support, and family vehicle coordination. The family values a long-term working relationship built on mutual respect, trust, and clear communication. Openness to accompanying the family on vacation in a support role is a plus.
