About The Position

Sage Haus is seeking a thoughtful, organized House Manager / Family Assistant to provide dependable support in an active household in San Clemente, California. The role is part-time, approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours as needed. The preferred schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, ideally from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, though exact hours are flexible for the right candidate. Compensation is $38–$45 per hour, depending on experience, with an ASAP start date. The household has professional cleaners and established organization systems. A significant ongoing focus is handling frequent packages and deliveries, including receiving, unpacking, sorting, preparing items for use, putting items away, identifying donations, and breaking down boxes. The household values a reliable, proactive, observant person with clear communication, good follow-through, comfort with technology and shared household tools, and a warm, grounded presence. Interest in cooking or meal preparation is welcome. The role requires a smoke-free and fragrance-free environment, authorization to work in the United States, reliable personal transportation, and a valid driver’s license. Mileage reimbursement is provided for work-related driving. Applicants should submit a short introductory letter, an updated resume, and three professional references with contact information; a background check is required.
