About The Position

We are a warm and energetic family of six living in Hudson, WI, with four children spanning a variety of ages and stages. Our days are full and lively, starting early with school routines and moving quickly through activities, homework, and sports. Evenings are often centered around family meals, winding down together, and keeping a steady rhythm in the home. Life here is structured yet dynamic, full of laughter, movement, and the small adventures of everyday family life. Our household thrives when there is clear organization and a capable, steady presence. We are looking for someone who can seamlessly support both childcare and household needs, serving as a proactive partner to the family and helping keep day-to-day life running smoothly. Key priorities include meal preparation, consistent laundry and linens management, maintaining an orderly home, and helping ensure the family’s daily routine flows smoothly. We’re looking for someone who brings calm, confident energy to our busy household and takes initiative to keep things running smoothly. You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable engaging with children of all ages, from infants to older kids. We value someone who is confident in the kitchen, adaptable to the rhythms of family life, reliable, and able to provide strong references. While travel is occasional, we would love someone open to joining us on domestic or international trips when needed.
