House Manager/Family Assistant with Childcare Support

Sage Haus•Holden, MA
•$32 - $35•Onsite

About The Position

We are a busy, warm, and high-functioning household based in Central Massachusetts. Both parents work full-time in demanding roles and are deeply committed to keeping a well-run home and giving their three young children a structured, active, and loving environment. Life here moves quickly: there are school schedules, activity rotations, a baby at home, large family gatherings, and a second property that we visit year-round. We love hosting, we love our family, and we keep a full calendar. We already have wonderful people supporting our family, and we are looking to bring one more exceptional person into the fold. The right person will step in, take ownership and make things feel easier. We are a Type-A household in the best way: organized, intentional, and goal-oriented. We want someone who brings that same energy and helps us move through the week with less friction and more flow. We care deeply about our home, and we’re also building a life that includes a busy professional and business schedule. In addition to household and family support, this role has room to grow into executive/personal assistant support—helping with calendar coordination, travel logistics, inbox/task follow-up, and the details that keep everything moving. If you love the mix of home + business support and enjoy being the steady, capable person behind the scenes, we’d truly love to connect.
