About The Position
The Housekeeping House Attendant supports the housekeeping team and helps shape the guest experience through knowledge of the Resort and service that exemplifies the Golden Rule. The role maintains and resupplies guest-room supplies and linens in F-station service areas, keeps assigned areas clean and orderly, prepares arrival rooms, and assists Guest Attendants and Housekeepers with room setup and furniture-related tasks. Work authorization in the United States is required.
Requirements
- Legal work authorization in the United States.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Working knowledge of an iPod Touch or similar hardware and applications.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.

- High school diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist Guest Attendants with tasks such as putting on bed skirts, rotating mattresses, and replacing canopies.
- Maintain and resupply guest-room supplies and linens in F-station service areas daily.
- Keep hotel pathways, F-stations, guest laundry rooms, and all assigned areas clean, neat, and free of litter.
- Remove garbage and recyclable items and dispose of them in the appropriate areas.
- Clean and prepare arrival rooms, including cleaning glass windows and doors and high-dusting areas such as headboards, ceiling fans, and vents.
- Ensure cleanliness of guest-room lanais, lanai furniture, railings, fixtures, entryways, and stairs.
- Deliver and pick up guest-requested items when assigned, such as irons and ironing boards; make up and deliver cribs and rollaway beds.
- Assist with moving beds and furniture as requested.
- Assist Housekeepers as required, including moving beds and furniture, turning mattresses, and removing or hanging sheers and drapes.
