About The Position

House Attendants clean public areas of the hotel; stock linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens; pick up and deliver guest-requested items; and assist Housekeepers with moving heavy objects in guest rooms. The role also handles guest requests, stocks and removes linen, sorts linen, cleans exterior premises daily, performs deep cleaning, and completes special projects.

The position is full-time and generally scheduled for morning shifts, though evening shifts may also be included. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest corridors neat, vacuumed, and dusted, and ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors are clean and mark-free.
• Keep service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms clean by sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Move racks of clean room linen to guest room floors.
• Stock linen storage rooms and armoires daily with supplies and amenities.
• Empty trash and remove dirty linen from guest room floors.
• Assist Housekeepers as required, including moving beds and furniture, turning mattresses, and removing or hanging sheers and drapes.
• Pick up and deliver guest-requested items in a timely manner, such as irons, ironing boards, cribs, and roll-away beds.
• Handle guest requests, sort and stock or remove linen, clean exterior premises daily, deep clean, and perform special projects.
