About The Position

The House Attendant supports the Housekeeping team by maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the hotel. The role ensures guest floors, storage areas, and public spaces are clean, well-stocked, and ready to provide an exceptional guest experience. The position may also assist Room Attendants and cover duties during high business volume or when Lobby Attendants or Room Attendants are absent.

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Ensure guest room supplies, linens, and amenities are fully stocked on guest floors.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest corridors, service areas, storage rooms, stairwells, and linen closets.
Remove trash, soiled linens, and debris from guest floors and Housekeeping areas.
Assist Room Attendants with moving furniture, mattresses, rollaway beds, cribs, and other heavy items.
Promptly and professionally deliver guest-requested items, including cribs, rollaway beds, irons, and ironing boards.
Report maintenance concerns in guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces through designated systems, and notify Housekeeping leadership when appropriate.
Assist with responsibilities and duties during high business volume or in the absence of Lobby Attendants and Room Attendants.
Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
