About The Position

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the House Attendant helps maintain a clean and welcoming environment by cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and upholding high standards of cleanliness. The role also supports facility and villa maintenance, linen closet management, guest requests, and safety and emergency response. The position is full-time, scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on days, weekends, and holidays, at an hourly rate of $22.25.

Requirements

• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Clean furniture, carpets, ash urns, and doors.
• Sweep, dust, and mop stairwells and corridors.
• Use and maintain equipment and supplies properly.
• Operate, clean, and maintain ovens, dishwashers, microwave ovens, refrigerators, and washers and dryers in villas.
• Report maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping.
• Move beds and furniture as requested.
• Put on bed skirts, turn mattresses, and remove or hang sheers and drapes.
• Remove trash and soiled linens as requested.
• Replenish guest room supplies and armoires daily.
• Deliver linen from Meadows to linen closets, including armoires, as needed.
• Inventory linen closets and ensure they are clean.
• Assist guests when requested and as needed.
• Deliver and pick up guest-requested items when assigned, including irons and ironing boards; make up and deliver cribs and sofa beds.
• Respond properly to Residence Club emergencies or safety situations.
• Operate a golf cart.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management or staff.
