About The Position

House Attendants clean public areas of the hotel, stock linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens, pick up and deliver guest-requested items, and assist Housekeepers with moving heavy objects in guest rooms. The role also includes handling guest requests, stocking and removing linen, sorting linen, cleaning exterior premises daily, deep cleaning, and performing special projects.

The position is full-time and is generally scheduled for morning shifts, though evening shifts may also be included. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Requirements

• Passion for cleaning.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest corridors neat, vacuumed, and dusted.
• Clean mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors, ensuring they are mark-free.
• Clean service elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms by sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Move racks of clean room linen to guest room floors.
• Stock linen storage rooms and armoires daily with supplies and amenities.
• Empty trash and remove dirty linen from guest room floors.
• Assist Housekeepers with moving beds and furniture, turning mattresses, and removing or hanging sheers and drapes.
• Pick up and deliver guest-requested items promptly, such as irons, ironing boards, cribs, and roll-away beds.
• Handle guest requests, stock and remove linen, sort linen, clean exterior premises daily, perform deep cleaning, and complete special projects.
