About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking experienced restaurant shift leaders who are motivated, work hard, and lead by example. Hourly Managers and shift leaders serve as role models for coworkers in areas including dress code, professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude. They help create a positive and friendly workplace that benefits both coworkers and customers. The position offers opportunities for continued growth and a potential long-term career with the company. Schedules are flexible, and managers are generally full time, with overtime available if desired.

Requirements

Experienced restaurant shift leader.
Friendly and customer-oriented.
Able to lift 50 lbs and work for prolonged periods on your feet.
Good attitude, an open mind, and a customer-first mentality.

Nice To Haves

Availability to work during peak periods.

Responsibilities

Effectively open or close the restaurant by completing prescribed tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction during the shift.
Be competent in all working positions in the restaurant.
Work harder than everyone else.
Ensure delivery of high-quality food and guest/customer experiences that exceed expectations.
Demonstrate and enforce operating policies and procedures, and be responsible for store safety results.
Execute, enforce, and manage food safety and sanitation requirements; identify and eliminate potential food safety violations and unsafe practices or conditions.
Lead by example and serve as a role model for coworkers in appearance, work ethic, and attitude.
