About The Position

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q is seeking experienced restaurant shift leaders who are motivated, work hard, and lead by example. Hourly Managers and shift leaders set a positive example for coworkers through their professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude. Schedules are flexible, and the position is generally full-time, with overtime available if desired.

Requirements

Experienced restaurant shift leader.
Friendly and customer-oriented.
Able to lift 50 pounds and work for prolonged periods on your feet.
Good attitude, open mind, and customer-first mentality.

Responsibilities

Effectively open or close the restaurant by completing prescribed tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction during the shift.
Become competent in all working positions in the restaurant.
Work harder than other team members.
Ensure delivery of high-quality food and guest or customer experiences that exceed expectations.
Demonstrate and enforce operating policies and procedures, and take responsibility for store safety results.
Execute, enforce, and manage food safety and sanitation requirements; identify and eliminate potential food safety violations and unsafe practices or conditions.
Lead and serve as a role model for coworkers in dress code, professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude.
