Hotel Maintenance Technician
About The Position
DelMonte Hotel Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Engineer to maintain the proper working order, upkeep, and overall condition of the hotel property and its assets. This hands-on role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs throughout guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and building systems. The work includes general repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, painting, carpentry, and other maintenance needs to help provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and associates. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to diagnose and repair equipment, respond to maintenance requests, manage time effectively, prioritize safety and guest satisfaction, and collaborate with other hotel departments. Compensation is $21.00 per hour. DelMonte Hotel Group is a family-owned hospitality company headquartered in Rochester, New York, with properties across five states.
Requirements
- Experience in a maintenance role; candidates are described as experienced.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance throughout the property.
