About The Position
The Hotel Maintenance Tech is a full-time role on the hotel’s engineering team. The technician helps keep equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventive maintenance checks, and assists the Chief Engineer and other team members with building and grounds maintenance. The role also supports guest and staff safety, provides courteous service to guests, assists other departments when needed, and follows emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.
Requirements
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.
- Ability to provide professional, courteous guest service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and assist other departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Keep equipment in good working order through routine repairs and preventive maintenance checks.
- Assist the Chief Engineer and other engineering team members with building and grounds maintenance.
- Provide a safe environment for guests and hotel staff by meeting safety standards.
- Provide professional, courteous service to guests and accommodate requests.
- Assist other departments when help is needed.
- Know and follow emergency procedures and Job Safety Analysis guides.
